As I'm sure the majority of you are now aware since 1st June 2013 we no longer take prescription requests over the telephone. There are many other ways you can order your prescription including;
through your local pharmacy
by email to email@example.com,
using your online emis access which you can collect from reception,
or by dropping into the surgery with your repeat prescription.
We understand that this may take some time to adjust to, and are sorry for any incovinience this may cause. We would also like to reiterate that please can you allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready, although we will try our hardest for any urgent prescriptions to be ready to collect the same day.
An overdue ‘review date’ on your prescription may mean that your doctor needs to review your care before issuing another prescription.
