A farewell to our Practice Manager

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Julie Butler will be leaving us as Practice Manager in April 2024. Julie has been with Banbury Road Medical Centre for the past 34 years, initially working in administration before rising to the rank of Practice Manager.

Much has changed in the NHS and healthcare generally since the early 1990s and Julie has been instrumental in facilitating these changes at our practice whilst seeing many members of staff come and go during this time. Times have been very challenging for General Practice over the past 34 years and Julie has risen to the challenge on each occasion.

We want to thank Julie for her years of dedication to our organisation and we wish her well in her new role working for the local Primary Care Network.
